30-baht health scheme
What does the “30 baht” in the 30-baht health scheme refer to? What does the scheme cover? Where can I apply for this scheme for my wife and children who are Thai?

The “30-baht” means that it costs 30 baht per hospital visit for Thais to receive medical treatment. For details of what the scheme covers, please contact the Provincial Health Office (Tel: 212297, 214110 or 211330). Thai nationals may apply for the 30-baht scheme at any government hospital or at the Provincial Health Office in the province where they are registered as living.
