Still waiting for TOT ADSL

Two months ago I applied for ADSL service from TOT. Today I am still waiting for the service and I don’t know how much longer I will have to wait. I was told at first that my location was OK, within range of the exchange.

After one month of waiting, a technician arrived, only to tell me that the quality of my line was not good enough and it had to be repaired. After another two weeks, I had a weak ADSL signal and another technician came to set up my router, only to tell me that the access node in Phuket...

You can send an email containing your number, location and a description of your problem to totpkt@tot.co.th or call me at 076-212222 and we can figure out what the problem is and solve it properly.

Your distance from the telephone exchange will probably affect the signal and line quality, but if you are not far away, we can improve things faster. However, we need more information from you so that we can check with our technicians and follow them as their progress until they find a solution.
