Crazy electric bill

I have just received my monthly electric bill and it was 21,000 baht! This is much, much higher than normal, which averages around 1,200 baht. The highest bill I have ever had before this stunner was 1,700 baht, during the hot season when I use air conditioning.

How could my bill be so high? This is just a small house that sits empty most of the day. I think I couldn’t use that much electricity if I left every appliance on 24 hours a day. How can I appeal this bill?

We have received reports like this before. The first thing you should to do is report the bill at our office as soon as possible, and we will check it out as quickly as we can. It might have been a mistake by the officer who wrote down your meter reading, or your meter might be broken. If that is the case we will fix it.

Please do not hesitate to report this bill by either calling us at tel: 076-223726 or in person at our office at 58/16-20 Thepkrasatree Rd, opposite the Mercedes-Benz showroom.
