No more phone lines in Patong?

I am in need of a telephone line for a address on Soi Watanna, in Patong. I have been told that all of the lines are currently full by several well-known companies. Can you offer me some advice on this situation?

TT&T does not have anymore lines available in the Patong area. You can contact the TOT Public Co Ltd (TOT) office for more assistance regarding this matter.

Sarawuth Saegang, TT&T officer, Patong Branch.

We have checked the nearest port for the address you have given and it is currently not free. We recommend that you place your address on our waiting list.

If a cancellation occurs, then the individual at the top of the waiting list is connected first.

However, if the number of requests for phone lines in the same area begin to accumulate then we will expand our exchange to meet the need.

You can register your request at the Patong TOT office on Sainamyen Rd, opposite Patong Hospital, Tel: 076-340199; or at the TOT office on Chao Fa West Rd, Tel: 076-367238, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm; or at the TOT office at Central Festival Phuket, everyday from 11 am to 8 pm.
